I am looking for information regarding the death of my mother, Heather Williams, wife (?) of Stuart or Stewart Williams.

Stu was buried in the Emmet Cemetery in the mid (?) 1990's and had my mother's ashes buried with him. I'm not sure of his name, or if, indeed they really were married. My mother accidentally died in Caldwell in 1990, Stu a bit later.

Cemetery said that they would add my Mother's name to VA headstone, but I doubt that they did.

Information of Nels and Augusta Hansen. They had a ranch in Letha. Great Granddaughters are planning a reunion and I am looking for any info on them and also a breif history of Emmett/Letha area.

I am looking for a Thelma Sprague who was living in Bramwell Idaho in 1920. She married Harold Evans in 1921 in Emmett.

I am wondering where Bramwell is for I have heard that she was born in Pearl. Any information on her family would be appreciated.

Was looking at Pearl cemetery page and was surprised to see the name WILMOT on the inventory. My interest was originally to see what I could learn about the HOOPER's.

Legend has it my wife's grandmother Pearl was named for her place of birth. Family on 1900 census for Boise, Jemina died 1901 (in Pearl?), James H. Died 1905, both bur. Boise. Children Pearl aadopted by WHITE, sister Florence and brother John adobted by WOLF. Pearl mar. W. B. STEVENS Aug 1917, Boise.

When did they move the Post Office from Gross to the Nesbitt's. And how many years did Miss Nesbitt have the Post Office?

Hi, I've been searching the Moulton family of Emmett, Idaho. Though I find some of the information to read Emmett, Canyon Co. Idaho and some to state Emmett, Gem Co. Idaho. Website states Gem County started in 1915. Was it Canyon County before 1915 or was Gem County noted before that. Some of the birth and marriage before 1915 shows both Gem and Canyon Counties. Any help would be great and thank you.

Nathaniel Martin was supposed to have been an early settler in Gem County. There is supposed to be a tombstone for him in Emmett Cemetery. James Madison Martin was one of his sons. Does anybody have knowledge of this Martin

I was in the USAAF during WW II with a Harold Reid who told me that he lived in Emmett in 1943 when he went into the service. He was a gunner on B-17 bombers, stationed in England. He was in the 8th USAAF but I don't know what bomb group he was in. He was in England during the early part of 1945 until wars end.

In 1954 I visited him, his wife and two children in Cottonwood, Idaho where he was teaching school and I think was a justice of the peace there.

In about 1973 he visited me in Santa Clara, California and at that time had a home in Milton-Freewater, Oregon and again was teaching school there. He would have been a S/SGT. I would like to get in touch with him or member of his family. He wa s a good guy. I have no idea what his parents names is.

I was in Emmette 11 years ago trying to find my great great grandparents grave sites and was told it was private property. Now on you web site I believe I have found where they are buried. Can someone contact me on how I can idenify there graves, I only have the year they were born and not when they died. Thank you

JOY, Robert B, b Feb 29, 1896 in TX. Also known as Rose Bud Joy. He worked with cattle in Vally & Gem County.

He was last seen by his children about 1949. He left the house and it was heard that he was in Wyoming. His first wife, Sadie, left him when his 3 children were age 5 and under. Their names are:

He then married Eunice Thomas, Daughter of Harvey and Ida M Thomas. To this marriage were 7 children:

The Thomas's did live in Round Valley and then moved to Emmett.

With their residence in Emmet,Iowa in 1900.

Desire any information on Frank Peters and wife, Martha Jane (Caldwell) Peters. At least two sons died in or near Emmett, ID. Known to have lived in the area are App Lee (or Lee App) died 1975 and Baxter Martin (died 1972). Other possible children were Lee Absolom, Mary Frances, Steve, Earl, Carry Jessie, Lester George and Irene. Frank and Martha were from Hawkins Co., TN

I am seeking information about a murder that may have taken place in the Montour area. This would have been possably 1925-1930. May have been over a dispute over grazing of sheep, or a deal involving livestock. Two people arrested, but later acquitted.

I am looking for information on a Helen L. (Ingle) Hall who was married to Robert D. Hall.

She was born Oct. 9, 1875 in Kansas. In obits for two of her brothers, in 1944 and 1945, she was listed as living in Emmett, Idaho.

There was a Robert D. Hall on the web site as death certificate 146874. What happened to Helen? I know next to nothing about her. She moved from Kansas and not much is known.

She was my grandfather's sister. Helen Lucretia Ingle Hall married Robert Deskins Hall in 1905 - was in Emmett in 1944 and 1945

Searching for ancestors of Jens Pedersen MARCHER born May 12, 1805 Øestermarie, Bornholm, Denmark died August 29, 1885 Manti, Sanpete County, Utah. Married (1) Malline Kirsten Olsen ANCHER about 1830 (2) Ellen Margareth HANSEN on April 7, 1849.

In 1852, Jens, Ellen (2nd wife), Peder Jensen Marker (son) and Helen Kristen PEDERSEN (step-daugher) emigrated to America aboard the "Obotrit" then "Lion" and finally crossing the Atlantic aboard the "Forest Monarch".

I've extensive research from this point on, however, need to know his parents, dates, places, etc. Anyone have these people in their family history? Would love to share...
