Frank Moulton

(1873 - 1958)

Services for Frank Moulton, 85, who died in Vancouver, Wash., were conducted in that city August 18. Interment was in Evergreen Memorial Park.

Mr. Moulton was born April 17, 1873, In Gentreville, Mo., moving to Emmett when he was 8 years old. He was married to Flora Ann Deck of Blackfoot, Idaho, Oct., 17, 1899. Two of their children, Ila and Jonathan, were born in Emmett.

In 1904 the family moved to Brownlee, where they homesteaded. Mr. Moulton farmed in the Long Valley area. He was in construction during his residency here, having worked on the Russell Hotel construction.

They moved back to Emmett in 1924, and had lived in Vancouver since 1943.

He had been employed as a machinist in the shipyards for two years. Survivors in addition to his wife are five sons, Jonathan, Vancouver; Richard, Longview; Henry, Baker, Ore.; Frankie and Luther of Emmett; three daughters, Eva Wilkinson, Longview; Ila Smith, Albany, Ore; and Olga Fenton of Emmett; 36 grandchildren and 39 great-grandchildren.

Mr. and Mrs. Luther Moulton, Mr. and Mrs. Chris Fenton and Frankie Moulton attended the funeral services.
