Violet Anna (Cramer) Reinecker

1922-2013

Violet Anna (Cramer) Reinecker passed away May 1, 2013 in Boise Idaho. Violet was born in Ola, Idaho on March 6, 1922 to John William Cramer and Winnie Edith Davis. She was the youngest of five children. Violet married Donald Willard Reinecker in Idaho in 1936 and moved to Oregon shortly after. Don worked for Brooks Scanlon Lumber Co. and Violet managed their home, taking care of their two sons Tom and Colen. Don and Violet moved to Boise, Idaho in 1994 where she was living at the time of her death.

Violet was preceded in death by her youngest son Colen and later by her husband Donald. She is survived by her son Tom and his wife Marjorie, 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Violet requested that no services be held but rather that her ashes be scattered along the banks of Crooked River in central Oregon where she and Don spent many enjoyable days fishing. If you happen to be in that area and stubble across an old couple turning over rocks in search of hellgrammites, tell them we wish them good fishing.
